    You become a member of the MaxLearning Academy for three months. This means:

    • Completely flexible and self-organized learning using scientifically based learning concepts that efficiently support your knowledge construction,

    Our scenario-based "ITIL 4 Foundation Online Pro" training provides a comprehensive understanding of the structure and interrelationships of the ITIL framework. You will learn the basics of Service Management according to ITIL, the components of the Service Value System, the four dimensions of Service Management as well as the concept of the Service Value Chain and the ITIL Management Practices.

    The ITIL 4 online training contains scenario-based video chapters with several hours of playing time. The learning objective check is carried out using an exam simulator based on sample exam questions from the ITIL 4 Foundation exam. In addition, other supporting learning materials such as audio files and whitepapers are available.

    In addition to the "ITIL 4 Foundation Online Basic" training, this variant includes a two-hour Q&A session for exam preparation.

    This session is conducted via Virtual Classroom by an accredited Maxpert ITIL trainer and gives you the opportunity to ask your own questions and benefit from the questions other participants ask in preparation for the exam.

    Your membership ends automatically after three months.

    Remote Proctor Now

    Experience in the IT area and basic knowledge of IT service management processes would be of advantage.


    The ITIL 4 Foundation Online exam takes place online via the online Proctor exam according to an individual appointment:

    • A total of 40 multiple-choice questions have to be answered, for which you have 60 minutes.
    • You pass if you answer at least 26 questions (65%) correctly.

    Upon successful completion of the ITIL Foundation Online exam you will receive the internationally recognized certificate: ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

    Your ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate will be available as an E-certificate within 48 hours after successful examination in your personal account on the Peoplecert Candidate Portal.
