This supports you on an optimal level during lectures, talks, partner- and group work, trainee-presentations, trainer-feedback- and in participants teaching co-worker–situations.

Case-Studies and Scenarios: We use scenarios and case studies to deepen the implementation of the theory and prepare you for your daily practice. Sample paper and scenarios help you to prepare for the certification.

Practical knowledge and experience in SCRUM is not necessary but assist the learning target.

We suggest that you read the official SCRUM-Guide thoroughly prior to the training as a preparation for the course. For this purpose the current issue of the SCRUM Guide in English language as well as the SCRUM Guide in German is placed at your disposal free of charge.
