The training "Scrum for Agile Project Management" enables you

If you have booked the examination for Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) through us, then you will receive your exam-voucher with which you can take part in the respective Scrum Examination online at scrum.org directly from us at the end of the training.

This supports you on an optimal level during lectures, talks, partner- and group work, trainee-presentations, trainer-feedback- and in participants teaching co-worker–situations.

Case-Studies and Scenarios: We use scenarios and case studies to deepen the implementation of the theory and prepare you for your daily practice. Sample paper and scenarios help you to prepare for the certification.

The variant for online training fans: From home. On your computer. With a live trainer and other participants. With room for direct questions, discussions and group exercises. We send the training material to your home. You also take the exam online.

For our online live training we use the software solution from Zoom Video Communication Inc. For this you need:

• a stable internet connection
• a computer microphone and headphones/speakers or the ability to connect with a telephone (mobile/landline)
• the possibility to install the Zoom web application on the computer
• a webcam (optional)
