    Slip into the role of Jake, the Operations Manager of Axle Car Hire, and accompany Henri on his exciting journey. Henri will take you by the hand, introduce you to the world of ITIL and explore with you how the ITIL approaches can be used to save Axle Car Hire. And almost incidentally, you'll get everything you need to pass the ITIL 4 Foundation exam.

    Our scenario-based "ITIL 4 Foundation Online Basic" training provides a comprehensive understanding of the structure and interrelationships of the ITIL framework. You will learn the basics of Service Management according to ITIL, the components of the Service Value System, the four dimensions of Service Management as well as the concept of the Service Value Chain and the ITIL Management Practices.

    The ITIL 4 online training contains scenario-based video chapters with several hours of playing time. The learning evaluation is carried out using an exam simulator based on sample paper questions from the ITIL 4 Foundation exam. In addition, further supporting learning materials such as audio files and whitepapers are available.

    After three months your membership ends automatically.

    Remote Proctor Now

    Experience in the IT area and basic knowledge of IT service management processes would be of advantage.


    The ITIL 4 Foundation Online exam takes place online via the online Proctor exam according to an individual appointment:

    • A total of 40 multiple-choice questions have to be answered, for which you have 60 minutes.
    • You pass if you answer at least 26 questions (65%) correctly.

    Upon successful completion of the ITIL Foundation Online exam you will receive the internationally recognized certificate: ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

    Your ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate will be available as an E-certificate within 48 hours after successful examination in your personal account on the Peoplecert Candidate Portal. The Voucher for the Proctor-Exam is 12 month valid.
