During the 3-day ITIL Foundation training, you will be given an overview of the ITIL terminology, the processes and functions as well as roles within the framework.
The candidates receive a broad insight to the basic principle of the "ITIL Service Lifecycle" that is described in the ITIL core literature consisting of five books: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.
Furthermore, you will be prepared for the successful participation in the exam to receive the internationally acknowledged ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
This ITIL certificate is a prerequisite for the participation in all further Intermediate Level trainings (ITIL Capability and ITIL Lifecycle Stream) as well as the highest possible certificate in ITIL, the ITIL Expert certificate.
Candidates can expect to gain knowledge and understanding in the following upon successful completion of the education and examination components related to the ITIL 2011 certificate.

Your ITIL Foundation Certificate will be available as E-Certificate within 48 hours after successful examination. If you additionally need an original Paper Certificate please contact the APMG Customer Interaction Team.
