    "An Introduction to ITIL 4 Specialist: CDS
    This module introduces the aims, objectives, structure, and primary features of the course. Students get up to speed with the learning plan and are given a diagram pack, glossary, further reading list, and a syllabus.

    The module also looks at many of the most frequently asked questions concerning the ITIL 4 Managing Professional stream.

    Module 1: Professionalism in IT Service Management
    This module covers several roles and skills present in IT service management. These include:

    Module 2: Using ITIL Practices & Value Streams to Create, Deliver & Support Services
    This module looks at the Value Chains and Value Streams used by ITIL practitioners, as well as a number of essential ITIL practices. It covers:

    Module 3: Prioritization and Managing Work
    This module addresses how ITIL practitioners can coordinate and manage work activities. It looks at:

    Module 4: Practice Exams
    This module provides a practice exam to help students get ready for the official ITIL Specialist: Create, Deliver & Support (CDS) certification examination.

    Module 5: Course Wrap-Up
    This module sign-posts the end of the course, providing students with a breakdown of what they have learned. Students also receive knowledge checks on the course content to help them prepare for the exam."

    "This course is all about teaching ITIL students how to view and manage IT operations as holistic entities. Learners will study how to build, test, and deliver value streams in a process featuring continual iteration and feedback loops. They will also learn how to integrate multiple value streams under a single umbrella, as well as how to assess and improve service performance.

    The ITIL 4 CDS module is part of the ITIL Managing Professional (MP) stream. By the end of the course, students will be fully prepared to sit and pass the ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) exam."

    To take the exam, students must provide proof that they have achieved one of the following qualifications:

    • ITIL 4 Foundation
    • ITIL V3 Foundation (+17 intermediate credits)

    Exam

    This course comes with voucher that can be used to take the official ITIL Specialist: Create, Deliver & Support (CDS) certification exam. The exam itself can be taken online via a service provided by PeopleCert.

    Exam format:

    • The exam has a time limit of 90 minutes (1.5 hours)
    • This Objective Test Question (OTQ) exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions
    • The exam is closed-book
    • Students must answer at least 28/40 questions correctly (a score of 70% or more) to pass
    • In countries where English is a second language, students will have 113 minutes to complete the exam
