    Our 2-day ITIL 4 Foundation (English) Training gives you an overview of the most important ITIL concepts and their interaction in practice!

    The 2-day ITIL 4 Foundation Training provides you with a comprehensive insight into the ITIL terminology and concepts used in ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) through discussions and exercises.

    You will also get to know the principle of the Service Value System and will be optimally prepared for the ITIL 4 Foundation exam.

    The alternative to this training:

    The advanced trainings have not yet been published and are expected to follow in summer 2019. The previous version of ITIL is still available. You can continue your training or pending training until mid-2020 and use the ITIL® 4 Foundation Bridge course offered by us to build a bridge to ITIL 4.

    Voraussetzung

    Experience in the IT area and basic knowledge of IT service management processes would be of advantage.

    Prüfung

    The ITIL4 Foundation exam takes place at the end of the 2nd trainings day:

    • Incourse ExamIncourse Exam
    • Duration: 1 hour
    • 40 multiple choice questions
    • You will pass the Exam by 26 correct answers (65%)
    • internationally acknowledged certificate: ITIL4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management

    Your ITIL Foundation Certificate will be available as E-Certificate within 48 hours after successful examination on your personal account at the Peoplecert Candidate Portal ("Passport").
